Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects or freight damage. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded if the order has already been shipped.

What You Will Need To Do Is …

  2. Confirmation with a RMA Number along with Shipping Address will be forwarded back to you.
  3. You ship the product back to us. 
  4. Once we receive product, we will inspect and then process your request for refund.
  5. The featured is done manually as so to better serve you with your request. However, since this is done manually, allow time for this process to take place. 

Allow 15 days from the time you return your package for a full refund to your credit card or exchange of goods. We will notify you via email as soon as the refund or exchange is completed.
